Training for clinical teams
I designed and delivered three sessions of the IA con criterio (AI with judgement) workshop for the neurodevelopment, psychiatry and psychology, and respiratory teams, with my own support material on the use of artificial intelligence in clinical work and research, protection of patient data and verification of results.

Management and leadership assessment
I developed, implemented and analysed a 360-degree assessment of management skills and leadership profiles in an international company with operations in Chile.
2015–2018
Programa Almacenes de Chile (national training programme for grocery shopkeepers)
I led research strands for the curriculum design of the national training programme for grocery shopkeepers, commissioned by the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism and delivered with Sercotec and bottling-company partners. ORT Chile reports more than 30,000 cumulative beneficiaries since 2016.
