Training for clinical teams
At the teams' invitation and pro bono, I designed and delivered three sessions of the workshop IA con criterio: Trabajo clínico e investigación [AI with judgement: clinical work and research] for the Neurodevelopment team, the Child Mental Health Unit and the Paediatric Respiratory team: criteria for the use of generative artificial intelligence in clinical practice and in research, from the protection of patient information to the verification of what these tools produce, with a practical summary handed to each team.

Management and leadership assessment
I developed, implemented and analysed a 360-degree assessment of management skills and leadership profiles in an international company with operations in Chile.
2015–2018
Programa Almacenes de Chile (national training programme for grocery shopkeepers)
I led research strands for the curriculum design of the national training programme for grocery shopkeepers, commissioned by the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism and delivered with Sercotec and bottling-company partners. ORT Chile reports more than 30,000 cumulative beneficiaries since 2016.
